NERQ Reception at WCRI 2026 – Vancouver

NERQ (the Network for Education and Research Quality) is pleased to host its signature NERQ Reception alongside the 9th World Conference on Research Integrity (WCRI 2026) in Vancouver. Founded in 2022 and emerging from a cluster of Horizon 2020 projects, NERQ brings together trainers, researchers, and educators committed to advancing high-quality education and evidence-informed practices in Research Integrity, Responsible Conduct of Research, Open Science, and related fields. The network aims to share good practices, strengthen the quality of training and trainers, and stimulate research-based development in RI and RCR education.

The NERQ Reception will take place on May 4, 2026, from 9:00–11:00 PM (need confirmation) at the Westin Bayshore Hotel as a casual, standing networking event. Open to approximately 80–100 WCRI participants, including NERQ members, invited guests, and international stakeholders, the reception offers an informal setting to connect, exchange ideas, and explore future collaborations. Building on the success of previous NERQ receptions, the evening will feature relaxed discussions and opportunities to engage with the global research integrity community.
